Leading Java Development

As a Lead Java Developer, you will guide the design, development, and implementation of our core software solutions. You will contribute to the architectural vision and ensure the technical quality of our products.

- Lead the development of Java-based applications and services.
- Mentor and support other developers, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
- Identify and implement improvements to our development processes and tools.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from EUR 75,000–95,000 per year.

This is a permanent, on-site position in Berlin, Germany, working 38 hours per week. The role includes a 7-month probation period and 26 vacation days per year, starting on 2026-10-02.
