Join our global transformation journey and play a key role in the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA across the organization. As a Senior Expert ERP Change Management (m/f/d), you will develop and execute change and communication strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and sustainable business outcomes. By partnering closely with stakeholders at all levels, you will guide employees, teams, and leaders through complex organizational changes, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to embrace new ways of working and ensure the long-term success of our ERP transformation.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with organizational and project objectives to ensure successful adoption throughout all project phases.
Lead global change initiatives across functions, business units, regions, legal entities, and cultures.
Identify, analyze, and engage key stakeholders through structured stakeholder management and leadership alignment activities.
Assess change impacts and define effective change, communication, and engagement measures.
Enable employees, managers, and leaders to adopt changes sustainably through targeted coaching and support.
Develop and execute communication strategies and plans to ensure consistent stakeholder engagement.
Drive people enablement activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations, including training strategy, planning, and execution.
Monitor change readiness and measure the effectiveness of change management activities to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.
Show your expertise

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Psychology, Communications, Sociology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Business Transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
- Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, and international teams through change initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments across regions and time zones.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English; German language skills and Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are an advantage.
