YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* As an Application Product Owner - Innovation Management (m/f/d), you will support and develop the Clarity application. This involves analysing business requirements, developing suitable system solutions, and ensuring the application is user-friendly and business processes are mapped efficiently.

* Your responsibilities will include identifying and implementing opportunities to optimise existing processes and structures. In addition, you will contribute to application-related working groups and projects.

* You will coordinate rollouts, system changes, and new functionalities. Furthermore, you will advise and support users on business-related topics and resolve application issues by developing appropriate solutions.

* You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, system documentation, and user guides, as well as conducting training sessions and workshops.

* Working closely with the IT and Application Management teams, as well as external service providers, you will gather, analyse, and document business requirements. You will prioritize enhancement requests, create functional concepts and test cases, and support business testing activities as well as the implementation of new functionalities.

* With a focus on data quality and reporting, you will support business departments in maintaining high standards of data quality. You will analyse data, create standard reports and dashboards, identify data inconsistencies, and contribute to the further development of reporting and analytics capabilities.

* In collaboration with various business functions, IT, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure the efficient use of systems, identify and implement improvement measures, and contribute ideas for the further development of existing processes and applications. You will also actively participate in cross-functional projects.

WHAT YOU BRING

* You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related subject with a focus on IT applications, business processes, project management, or digital solutions.

* You have several years of professional experience in Application Management, Product Ownership, Project Management, or a comparable role focused on the support and continuous improvement of business applications.

* Ideally, you have knowledge of project and portfolio management, as well as experience with Clarity or similar applications. In addition, you are familiar with innovation management processes, such as Idea2Launch, Stage-Gate-processes, or similar frameworks.

* You are proficient in agile, hybrid and demand management methodologies, including backlog prioritisation, release planning, and value-driven product development. You are experienced in developing product visions and roadmaps and translating business strategies into scalable system solutions, requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

* You have a strong affinity for data governance, portfolio transparency, reporting analytics, and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills distinguish you.

* You think strategically, analytically, and commercially, and work a in structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner. Furthermore, you have a proven ability to prioritise competing requirements effectively, derive sound business cases and make recommendations.

* Excellent German and English language skills would complete your profile.
