Ihre Aufgaben:

- Efficiently advise and assist travelers and travel arrangers in organizing business trips (flights, hotels, car rentals, train bookings, visas, etc.)
- Handle complex requests and multi-destination itineraries
- Oversee and coordinate front and back-office operations, including reservation management, ticket issuance, exchanges, and refunds
- Optimize costs while complying with client travel policies
- Provide personalized service and proactively offer alternative solutions in case of travel disruptions (cancellations, delays, changes)
- Handle complaints and disputes

Ihre Qualifikationen:

- At least five years' experience in a business travel agency or corporate travel service
- Excellent knowledge of GDS Amadeus (mandatory), with the ability to independently manage bookings, ticket issuance, and exchanges
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures, expense management, and standard corporate travel policies
- Proficient in using MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong customer service orientation, with excellent listening skills and responsiveness
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
