Data & Information Manager (m/f/d) (Informatiker/in)

- Define and lead the commercial data and insight strategy across Commercial BI, Customer Intelligence, and Distribution & System Support.
- Transform our way of working by applying AI solutions in our customer intelligence system
- Transform commercial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Develop and enhance self-service reporting and analytics solutions.
- Ensure high data quality, consistency, and accessibility across commercial functions.
- Oversee and optimize Passenger Service System (PSS) configurations and related support processes.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and data availability.
- Monitor, analyze, and report commercial performance KPIs.
- Lead technology and tool optimization initiatives.
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement practices across the domain.
- Foster collaboration between commercial, IT, and other business functions.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Promote agile ways of working and support the organization's agility journey.

Ihr Profil:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in airline commercial, business intelligence, or data analytics functions.
- Strong understanding of commercial data, reporting, and business performance management.
- Proficiency in visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense), advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- General understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with AI-powered no-code/low-code solutions and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities.
- Experience leading teams, managing resources, and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional fluency in English.
