Quality & Process Manager (m/f/d) (Qualitätsmanager/in)

- End-to-end ownership of optimizing customs clearance processes (import and export shipments) with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, automation, cost effectiveness, and sustainable scalability.
- Analyze process and quality data, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions with Operations and IT.
- Drive digitization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives: process reviews, audits, and operational performance monitoring.
- Translate new customer and product requirements into efficient operational processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Support onboarding of new customers and prepare customer-specific reports and analyses.
- Support operational teams and Team Leads, develop colleagues, and ensure customs and Lufthansa Group compliance.

Ihr Profil:

- Vocational training (Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Customs Administration) or comparable qualifications plus at least three years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quality, process, and performance data.
- Sound understanding of digitization and automation, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement.
- Strong sense of ownership, hands-on approach, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to successful implementation.
- A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with pragmatic problem-solving and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, willingness to travel.
