Über diese Stelle

As an Industrial Planning Manager (d/m/w), you will play a critical role in overseeing short-term production planning at the Finkenwerder site. You will be instrumental in balancing production, engineering, procurement, and transport capacities with commercial requirements. This entails optimizing integrated program and production planning while ensuring impeccable adherence to schedules and quality standards. In this full-time role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals and deliver outstanding results.

- Analyze commercial requirements and align them with production capabilities, engineering, procurement, and transportation constraints.
- Develop, refine, and implement integrated program and production plans for the A320 Short-Term Planning FAL & Customer Line Balancing.
- Ensure the seamless publication and dissemination of the agreed Baseline Integrated Production Programme.
- Monitor and control planning adherence while identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and delivery.
- Engage in extended shifts (10 a.m – 6 p.m) when necessary to meet operational demands.
- Represent interests effectively while collaborating with stakeholders across various levels and departments.
VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

To excel in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise, practical experience, and personal competencies, ideally within the fields of aerospace or industrial planning. Excellent communication and organizational skills are indispensable as you will coordinate between multiple disciplines to achieve short-term production harmony.

- A degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional experience spanning 2–3 years in aircraft manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, production planning, or project management.
- Knowledge of project management principles and civil aerospace documentation.
- Proficiency in German and English, with negotiation-level language skills in both.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and other relevant IT tools.
- Strong ability to work independently while managing deadlines, workflows, and targets effectively.
- Exceptional persuasive and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work extended hours when necessary.
