- Manage and optimize workload models and subcontracting plans to streamline operations.
- Plan, execute, and oversee diverse projects that drive innovation and efficiency.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction measures during function test phases.
- Collaborate on refining test processes through transnational alignment and technical expertise.
- Engage in agile methodologies and contribute actively to innovative development programs.
- Adapt by taking on tasks involving weekend, holiday, and on-call work as required.
- Participate in about 1-2 international trips per quarter to ensure global alignment and progress.

To excel in this position, you bring a solid foundation of education, experience, and a forward-thinking mindset. Essential qualifications and skills include:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in aircraft construction, Change Management, or process improvement.
- Competence in supplier management and project management within a technical context.
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace tools; familiarity with Airbus project management tools (e.g., LBIP, Planisware) is an advantage.
- Sound understanding of civil aviation standards and (CA)-documentation processes.
- Outstanding communication skills, collaborating effectively in cross-functional and international settings.
- Proficient language skills in German and English; French proficiency is a plus.
- A knack for taking initiative, embracing agile workflows, and thriving in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
- Willingness to travel globally approximately 1-2 times per quarter.
