Your tasks

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on aeronautics and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and continuously improve training materials, including presentations, workbenches, and test samples.
- Conduct practical evaluations to qualify employees for special processes.
- Perform on-the-job assessments to evaluate skills and support the continuous development of the technical staff.
- Establish and update standard operating procedures to secure and maintain the company's industrial qualifications for special processes.

Your qualification

- Strong communication and teaching skills with a people-oriented, supportive approach to coaching.
- A completed technical education in the aeronautical field, OR a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in aerospace production.
- Excellent spoken English: You must possess fluent, confident, and highly articulate verbal communication skills in English
