Global Offshore Strategy sits at the center of decision-making for Vestas' offshore business-shaping its long-term direction and enabling senior leadership to make high-quality, forward-looking decisions on the most critical topics. Our work spans:

We operate as a small, effective team with direct influence on the priorities, performance, and future trajectory of Vestas' offshore business.
Responsibilities:
As part of the team, you will operate at the core of strategic decision-making and execution across Vestas' offshore business. You will join a high-performing team and work closely with senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
Reporting to the Vice President of Global Offshore Strategy, your responsibilities will include:
- Driving strategic problem solving-structuring ambiguous problems, leading rigorous analysis, and synthesizing insights into clear decision points
- Owning high-impact projects end-to-end-from framing the problem to delivering tangible outcomes and ensuring follow-through in the organization
- Shaping and guiding decisions-aligning senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams around a shared direction across regions and key functions
- Enabling executive decision-making-preparing sharp, top-down materials and insights for the Global Offshore Leadership Team
This role combines structured strategy work with real accountability for outcomes-and offers a rare opportunity to support decisions and execution at the highest level of a global industry leader.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a strong consulting toolkit and a demonstrated ability to create impact in complex environments.
You likely bring experience from:
- Management consulting and/or an in-house strategy function (+6 years)
- Leading large, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Offshore wind or closely related industries is a plus
- Linking tasks to financial impact and understanding
