A Snapshot of Your Day

You start your day by reviewing quality reports, addressing urgent supplier issues, and checking production schedules to identify risks and ensure continuity. Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, analyzing performance data and coordinating improvement measures. You participate in supplier reviews and cross-functional meetings to align on qualification activities, non-conformance issues, and product changes. Toward the end of the day, you review KPIs, track corrective actions, and prepare updates for strategic discussions with leadership on long-term quality and supplier development initiatives.

How You’ll Make an Impact

* Leadership of cross-functional teams in supplier qualification and auditing to ensure compliance with company quality standards
* Monitoring of supplier performance, initiation of corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement programs
* Definition and implementation of quality metrics to track performance, assess risks, and ensure proactive issue resolution
* Development and delivery of training programs for quality teams on testing methods, regulatory requirements, and quality systems
* Maintenance and enhancement of quality management systems to ensure compliance and reduce defects across the product lifecycle
* Building and managing strong supplier relationships with a focus on transparency, accountability, and shared quality targets

What You Bring

* Degree in engineering with experience in research and development or production technology and strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and risk management
* Proven expertise in quality standards and tools such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and root cause analysis, as well as regulatory compliance
* Experience in establishing and managing quality assurance systems across complex supply chains and product lifecycles
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data evaluation, root cause identification, and implementation of corrective actions
* Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in working with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and procurement
* Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and represent quality topics effectively at all organizational levels

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
