Head of Accountant/ Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks

- You will be responsible for the balance sheet preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- Preparation of tax-relevant reports
- Reconciliation work in G/L accounts, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Posting and control of ongoing business transactions
- You will be responsible for the controlling of our group companies and the project controlling of our ongoing campaigns.
- In detail, this includes the management of the controlling team, budget planning for new campaigns and ongoing budget control in cooperation with customer service, as well as the preparation of overarching special evaluations for the management.
- You will prepare business and liquidity plans and actively participate in the preparation of the annual financial statements (HGB, IFRS).
- Supported by an energetic team, you will work closely with the unit managers and the management.

Your profile

- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on bookkeping and/or accounting.
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of bookkeeping and have good knowledge of accounting. Ideally, you have experience in supporting foreign companies and have already gained initial management experience.
- Sound know-how in bookkeeping, budgeting, cost management and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Her skills include analytical thinking and conceptual strength, as well as flexibility, a hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and assertiveness.
- Da Sie in einem internationalen Umfeld arbeiten werden, setzen wir sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift voraus.
