System Test Engineer (m/f/d) Electric Drives

Your tasks:
- Commissioning and validating mechatronic components, subsystems, and complete systems
- Deriving test requirements and creating detailed test specifications in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining and documenting requirements, test cases, and results within the requirements engineering tool landscape
- Planning, executing, and validating tests in accordance with customer, internal, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on system integration, low-voltage, and safety testing
- Developing and implementing automated test routines to improve efficiency, repeatability, and test coverage
- Analysing, interpreting, and documenting test results; identifying deviations; and driving corrective actions
- Presenting test findings and project status updates to customers, project teams, and internal stakeholders
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics, or a comparable technical discipline
- Proven experience in the testing and validation of mechatronic systems and components
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and standards, particularly LV123/LV124 and other relevant high-voltage standards; experience in system integration testing is an advantage
- Strong understanding of electric drive systems, electrified powertrains, and associated components
- Hands-on experience with test bench automation and control systems, such as dSPACE, ControlDesk, and AutomationDesk
- Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multidisciplinary environment
- Independent, structured, and solution-orientated working style with a high level of technical responsibility
- Ability to analyse complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Fluent in English; German is nice to have
