Production defines performance. If processes are unstable, nothing works. THE WHAT
You work directly in production and ensure parts are manufactured precisely and reliably. You keep processes running.
• Operate machines and production equipment
• Prepare and process parts (cleaning, grinding, assembling)
• Ensure quality and follow defined processes
• Document work steps
• Follow structured workflows
• Maintain clean workspace
• Collaborate with production and quality
• Identify issues
• Suggest improvements
• Support optimization
YOUR PROFILE
• Training in a manual trade (e.g. locksmith, carpenter, metalworker, vehicle mechanic) – or you’ve learned your skills in another way.
• Career changers welcome
• Hands-on experience with tools, machines, or ideally metal – whether from a job, workshop, or hobby.
• A quick grasp of new tasks and the drive to work carefully and reliably.
• You like to get things done and enjoy taking action.
• Availability between 6am and 10pm for 8 hours : We have a two shift system, no weekends and no work on bank holidays is required
• You speak English (at least B2 level), German is helpful in the daily collaboration but not a must have.
