Analyse category, consumers, competition, trends and bring actionable insights
Support in short- and medium-term brand strategies with outside-in passion
Strong drive & contribution to execute the growth plans with excellence
Develop and support mid-sized brand activations and promotional campaigns from ideation to execution
Identify consumer needs & market opportunities needs and drive portfolio initiatives (inno/reno/ animation) from creation to launch
Engage & contribute in cross-functional project teams

Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable
At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management of consumer goods, ideally within the food & beverage category
Very good project management skills and initial experience in the implementation of media campaigns and product innovations
Strategic thinking paired with pragmatic implementation
Entrepreneurial curious thinking, enjoy making decisions and finding innovative and creative solutions
Convincing and inspiring personality with confidence in presentation and pitching ideas
Enjoy working in a team, with internal stakeholders and external service providers
Fluent in German and English
Start date is immediately in Frankfurt am Main, Munich, or Nuremberg - with the option to work flexibly from home.
