HR Systems Expert (Digital-Analyst/in)

We are taking our HR landscape to the next level and are looking for an experienced HR Systems Expert to help make it happen. You will play a key role in the international rollout of SaaS solutions, connecting project delivery, smart solution design, and cross-functional collaboration across countries and teams. Einblicke in die Rolle

- Develop and implements solutions and own the product roadmaps
- Drive feature delivery with a clear eye on timelines and budgets
- Keep HR systems and processes running smoothly while continuously improving them
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external partners to shape practical, business-focused products and services
- Spot opportunities to simplify and improve processes across the organization
- Establish a digital-first mindset, you will be report directly to the head of digital transformation

Was für die Rolle wichtig ist

- Proven experience in HR digitalization projects
- A solid foundation in PMO or IT project management and a strong understanding of HR processes
- A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and self-organization
- Knowledge of P&I Loga is a plus
- German skills are welcome but not essential
