Your Tasks:

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records
- Enter order data and manage order information using the SAP system
- Prepare delivery documents and process orders
- Communicate with warehouse staff and freight forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries
- Monitor open orders and backlogs
- Create and verify credit notes

Your Profile:

- Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in sales support or logistics coordination is a strong advantage
