What you will do with us
- Take end-to-end commercial ownership for assigned Non-Food categories and drive sales, margin and customer relevance
- Define and develop category strategies, customer missions and assortment architectures, including Core, Seasonal and One-shot logic
- Translate market trends, customer insights and performance data into assortment, pricing and promotion decisions
- Manage and optimise the merchandise mix across Exclusive Brands and branded supplier portfolios
- Analyse sales, margin, stock and market data to identify opportunities, risks and concrete actions
- Collaborate closely with Sourcing, EB Development, Space Management, Planning, Marketing Activation and country teams
- Contribute to building the future Non-Food Category Management framework and stronger cross-functional ways of working
What you will bring with you
- A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Economics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in Category Management, Assortment Management, Buying or Commercial Retail, ideally in Non-Food
- Strong commercial understanding of assortment steering, category performance management, pricing and promotions
- Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with sales data, KPIs and performance reports
- Good negotiation skills and confidence in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with the ability to manage complex topics independently
- Strong communication skills in an international environment as well as fluent German and professional English
