In traditional restaurants, the front-of-house staff merely delivers food. At our resort, the service team is the voice of functional medicine and sustainable gastronomy.

Our guests visit not only for fine dining, but to optimize cellular health, sleep, metabolic resilience, and systemic calm. Your role is to bridge the kitchen and the guest: You explain why bitter herbs open the liver pathways, how spermidin triggers autophagy, and why our fermented pairings stabilize glucose levels.

Your Playground & Impact:

· Master active storytelling across our 10 clinical guest archetypes (from metabolic stress recovery to neuro-regeneration).

· Guide international guests through 100% non-alcoholic botanical pairings, explaining the biochemical function of cold-brewed extracts and live ferments at table-side.

· Join our accredited Longevity Hospitality Traineeship: Complete structured academic training with an official German university certification in Functional Nutrition & Phytotherapy alongside your floor shifts.

· Act as an essential ambassador during Michelin inspector visits, presenting verifiably sustainable and organic supply chains.

Who You Are:

· Background in upscale hotel service, fine dining (Chef de Rang, Senior Waiter), or modern gastronomy.

· Highly empathetic communicator with a passion for health, functional nutrition, and authentic guest interaction.

· Fluent in English (German is a strong plus); open to international applicants with valid residence, Schengen status, or Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte).

· Enthusiastic about learning nutritional biochemistry to elevate table-side storytelling to an art form.
