YOU...

- define, plan, and execute rollout activities for complex SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
- develop detailed local rollout plans and ensure alignment with the overall program roadmap and implementation strategy
- monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies throughout the rollout lifecycle
- plan, manage, and track rollout budgets and provide regular financial reporting in collaboration with business stakeholders
- oversee the implementation of end-to-end business processes and coordinate localization requirements together with relevant stakeholders
- coordinate project activities with team leads, business representatives, process experts, template organizations, and cross-functional project teams
- manage project schedules, risks, issues, testing activities, cutover planning, and overall project execution
- ensure alignment of IT infrastructure concepts and support design approvals in compliance with SAP S/4HANA standards and guidelines
- coordinate and manage external partners, consultants, and service providers involved in project delivery
- ensure compliance with established project management methodologies, quality requirements, and governance processes
- track project progress against milestones and deliverables and provide regular status reports to rollout management and relevant stakeholders
- prepare, facilitate, and document steering committee meetings and project governance reviews
- provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders and support strategic decision-making
- lead and coordinate rollout teams to ensure a smooth transition to the new SAP S/4HANA template and operating model

YOU...

- have completed a degree in information technology, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable discipline
- bring practical experience in IT project management and have successfully delivered complex IT transformation projects
- possess strong experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, ideally within rollout, implementation, migration, or transformation projects
- have experience managing SAP-related projects in international and cross-functional environments
- are familiar with manufacturing processes or have gained experience delivering IT projects within manufacturing organizations
- have worked with agile project methodologies and are experienced in using user stories, Jira, or comparable project management tools
- possess experience in complex project environments with multiple stakeholders, governance structures, and organizational interfaces
- demonstrate strong skills in project planning, risk management, budget control, stakeholder management, and project governance
- communicate confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- possess excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage
