- identify, assess, measure, and monitor cybersecurity risks by conducting hands-on assessments of processes and established security controls
- analyze security gaps, investigate their root causes, and support the development of sustainable improvement measures
- prepare and execute cybersecurity audits across IT systems, products, services, manufacturing environments, and software development organizations
- evaluate technical and organizational controls and communicate key observations and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
- translate technical findings into actionable management information to support risk-based decision-making
- assess cybersecurity aspects of innovative digital products, software development lifecycles, and modern cloud environments
- review cybersecurity governance structures, policies, and processes, including incident handling, threat detection, vulnerability management, and related security disciplines
- collaborate closely with security specialists to address identified challenges and improve cybersecurity solutions
- contribute to the continuous development and effectiveness of cybersecurity audit and assessment methodologies
- monitor emerging cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats and evaluate their potential impact on complex digital environments

Be our forward thinker
YOU...

- hold a bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a comparable field
- bring practical experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, cybersecurity audit, risk management, or related consulting environments
- ideally have experience within industrial environments, professional services, consulting organizations, or audit-related functions
- possess a solid understanding of cybersecurity risks, controls, governance frameworks, and security assessment methodologies
- have experience in one or more of the following areas: identity and access management, application security, cloud security, network security, vulnerability management, incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial security, or secure software development
- demonstrate a strong interest in current cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and evolving technologies
- possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- bring solid project coordination or project management capabilities
- are willing to travel internationally and work within a remote and collaborative environment
- communicate fluently in English; German or additional languages are considered an advantage
