WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Within our unit Global EHS (EHS/G), we develop globally applicable, fundamental Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) principles and concepts for Surventis in close cooperation with Operations and other expert functions. In addition, we support the implementation of these concepts and verify compliance with legal requirements and EHS standards through audits.

* In your new role, you develop global physical security standards (so w/o cyber security) for our organization and sites and take responsibility for their continuous development.

* You collaborate closely with local, regional, and global experts across the company and coordinate security-related topics with relevant stakeholders.

* In addition, you support our units in implementing and applying global physical security standards.

* You also take responsibility for implementing relevant security tools to support physical security.

* Based on relevant information, you conduct security analyses and prepare meaningful reports.

* Last but not least, you manage security incident reporting as well as the analysis and evaluation of security incidents.

WHAT YOU OFFER

* master's degree in security management, risk-/crisis management or a comparable field

* several years of operational and project experience

* sound knowledge of physical security standards (legal and chemical industry)

* creative and motivated team player with a growth mindset and positive attitude

* fluent English skills and experience working with international teams; command of another language is an advant´ö-..ge
