Senior Manager Business Intelligence & Strategic Projects (m/f/d) (Business-Intelligence-Consultant)

As Senior Manager Business Intelligence & Strategic Projects (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping portfolio and business strategy across our global Biopharma business.

By generating actionable insights, leading forecasting activities, and supporting critical strategic initiatives, you will help shape decisions that impact our global product portfolio and long-term growth.

This position can be based in Germany or Spain (Barcelona or Madrid) with regular business travel to Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities:

- Drive the generation and communication of actionable business insights to support product, portfolio, and business strategy
- Lead forecasting activities for in-line products, pipeline assets, and business development opportunities across the Biopharma portfolio
- Monitor market and competitor performance, develop launch trackers, and identify emerging market trends and opportunities
- Lead and coordinate business intelligence, competitive intelligence, forecasting, and analytics projects in collaboration with global stakeholders and shared service teams
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting processes for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Translate complex business questions into meaningful analyses and strategic recommendations
- Support portfolio management activities, including portfolio reviews, lifecycle management assessments, and new product evaluations
- Lead or contribute to strategic cross-functional projects that support the global biosimilars and Biopharma strategy
- Continuously enhance forecasting and intelligence capabilities by leveraging digital solutions, analytics tools, and AI technologies

Your Qualifications:

- University degree or equivalent qualifications in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in strategic consulting within the healthcare sector
- Experience in biosimilars, biologics, specialty pharmaceuticals, or related healthcare markets
- Strong experience in business intelligence, forecasting, market analytics, competitive intelligence, or portfolio management
- Proven expertise in forecasting methodologies, financial analysis, and business reporting
- Advanced Excel modeling skills and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Experience managing multiple complex projects and working effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, additional language skills are considered an asset
