**About the Job**

The Industrial Supply Chain Manager (I-SCM) is responsible for managing and optimizing the manufacturing and supply chain network to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and scalable production. The role leads industrialization initiatives such as volume ramp-ups, manufacturing transfers, product changes, and supplier and factory onboardings while serving as the Supply Chain Management representative in industrialization projects.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the I-SCM ensures that supply chain requirements are fully integrated into project execution, drives capacity and loading strategies across internal and external manufacturing sites, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance, efficiency, and resilience.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Lead Volume Ramp-Up (VRU) activities, manufacturing transfers, supplier and factory onboardings, and product optimization initiatives.

- Represent Supply Chain Management (SCM) in industrialization and Product Change Notification (PCN) projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.

- Design and implement efficient end-to-end supply chain concepts, including material, capacity, and financial flows across internal and external manufacturing networks.

- Drive capacity planning and loading strategies by balancing internal and external manufacturing resources, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments while optimizing cost, flexibility, capacity utilization, and service levels.

- Establish and lead cross-functional capacity and loading governance processes, including the development and maintenance of planning and loading tools.

- Analyze supply chain, inventory, demand, capacity, and supplier performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations and management decisions.

- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide transparency, support decision-making, and monitor supply chain performance.

- Identify and drive process improvements across planning, logistics, production, and supply chain operations to enhance efficiency, visibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Support and improve system-driven processes through master data governance, data validation, process harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Lead or contribute to cross-functional SCM initiatives and transformation projects, driving operational excellence and supply chain optimization.

- Proactively identify supply, capacity, and operational risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and supply chain resilience.

**Your Profile**

- Master Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Manufacturing, or a comparable industry environment.

- Experience working in project-driven and cross-functional environments; exposure to industrialization or manufacturing transfer projects is considered an advantage.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively in international organizations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business decisions.

- High level of ownership, independence, and decision-making capability combined with a hands-on mentality.

- Strong process orientation with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage complex activities in dynamic environments.

- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications; experience with data analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships across all organizational levels.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
