THE ROLE AND THE TEAMAs our Growth Strategy Manager, you will be the catalyst for a faster, smarter commercial strategy. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking RevOps team dedicated to building scalable solutions that empower our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing functions. By connecting data, automating core workflows, and unlocking AI potential, you will shape the strategic foundation powering our next chapter of growth.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING) Design High-Impact Dashboards: Build clean, intuitive reporting tools that give cross-functional teams clear visibility into key performance indicators and pipeline health.

Drive Strategic Insights: Transform complex data into repeatable, actionable insights that answer crucial business questions and guide decision-making.

Streamline Workflows & Eliminate Friction: Champion seamless tool integrations—connecting Salesforce, Slack, and other key systems—to accelerate team velocity and remove daily operational roadblocks.

Harness AI for Operational Efficiency: Explore, test, and implement cutting-edge AI features and automations to simplify routine administrative tasks across commercial operations.

Strengthen Data & Forecasting Foundations: Ensure our CRM structures and revenue models remain trustworthy, consistent, and ready to support long-term scaling.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

A background in RevOps, Sales Operations, data analytics, or CRM management — or a demonstrated aptitude for solving revenue operations challenges

Comfort and confidence working with CRM platforms like Salesforce, alongside a desire to deepen your expertise

A passion for automation and continuous improvement—whether through connecting workflow tools (like Slack) or applying emerging AI technologies to solve real-world problems

Skill in turning data into insights using spreadsheets and visualization tools, paired with an inquisitive mindset that loves uncovering the story behind the metrics

An open, growth-oriented mindset and an eagerness to learn, experiment, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the business
