We study decision making, strategic interaction and the impact of digitisation on markets and organisations. We use econometric methods as well as laboratory, online and field experiments to analyse human behaviour. Our empirical work is rooted in decision theory and game theory, and we also aim to develop new behavioural economic theories. In summer 2025, we opened our Experimental Economics Lab (HHIDE Lab), which provides state-of-the-art infrastructure for experimental research.
