Working Student - Business Management (Fachberater/in - Finanzdienstleistungen)

For our Business Management Operations team, we are looking for a Working Student. In this role you will be involved in the transition into the new Business Management organizational structure within Operations.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- Independently develop process documentation in collaboration with operational departments, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Support international projects, programs, and innovation initiatives, including coordination functions within operational departments.
- Continuously improve and automate KPI reporting for the management board.
- Prepare ad-hoc decision-making documents for the Head of Operations.
- Coordinate governance and control processes.

Your skills and experience:

- You are an enrolled student of economics, business law, or a comparable degree program.
- Confident demeanour and good communication skills.
- High level of teamwork, commitment, and independence.
- Very good English and German language skills.
