Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our EMEA Human Resources Team in the position of HR Business Partner on a full-time basis for Germany.
The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing all tasks along the employee life cycle and partnering with the business leaders to support all HR related matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Advising on employee lifecycle processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, rewards, employee development and offboarding
- Working closely with leaders to achieve HR and organizational goals and support on all employment related matters
- Responsibility for process improvements and own projects within the area of responsibility
- Support set-up of new locations within the EMEA region
- Support global & regional projects from a local perspective
- Overseeing Payroll & HR admin activities in Germany, including leadership of the local HR Specialist
- Contact person for questions from employees and managers about HR processes and systems
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent level in Business Administration, Management Studies, Human Resources or related fields
- Minimum 7 years of HR experience, at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The typical salary range for this position is: €63.000 - €87.000 (paid as 13-monthly salaries)
The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills and experience. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
