We are looking for an

**HR Business Partner (m/f/d)**

Your Strength

- Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a comparable field, alternatively completed commercial training with a relevant additional qualification.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional HR experience, ideally in a comparable HR Business Partner role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
- High level of customer and service orientation combined with strong communication and consulting skills.
- Confidence in interacting with different stakeholders and management levels in an international environment.
- Ability to navigate challenging conversations and conflicts in an open, solution-oriented and goal-focused manner.
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working combined with strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken. As you will collaborate extensively with international stakeholders and global HR functions, English will be a key working language in your day-to-day role.

Your Contribution

- Advise and support managers and employees across the assigned business areas on a broad range of HR and employment-related matters.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their strategic and operational objectives and translate them into effective people initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management, organizational effectiveness, recruitment and staffing, compensation, employee development and employee relations.
- Support and execute people initiatives in areas such as employee engagement, change management, leadership development, retention and workforce planning.
- Advise leaders on compensation and people decisions and contribute to the fair and consistent implementation of salary reviews, promotions, bonus programs and other compensation-related processes.
- Manage complex employee relations topics and support managers in finding structured, pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable German labor law and internal HR policies and support HR-related audits and data accuracy.
- Build and maintain a trust-based and constructive partnership with the Works Council.
- Collaborate closely with international HR colleagues and global Centers of Excellence on company-wide programs and initiatives, with a significant part of the communication and collaboration taking place in English.
- Provide insights and feedback from the supported business areas to help continuously develop and improve broader HR processes and initiatives.
