We are looking for an

IT Infrastructure Expert (m/f/d)

(unlimited, fulltime)

Join our team at our location in Baden-Baden (Germany)

Role Purpose: You will play a key role in ensuring our employees have secure, reliable, and seamless access to our network, printers, and meeting room devices. You will own the lifecycle of corporate endpoints - from provisioning and onboarding to application deployment, compliance, security hardening, and retirement - using Microsoft Intune (MDM), Ricoh CloudStream, and meeting room devices from Microsoft and Logitech.

Legacy File Server Support

Management of Cloud Printing Infrastructure

Provider Management for WAN connectivity and contracts

Provider Management for all enterprise network components

Performance & Capacity, Incident & Problem, Lifecycle & Change Management for:

- Wide Area Network (WAN)

- Local Area Network (LAN) - Wireless Network (Wi-Fi)

- Virtual Private Network (VPN)

- Proxy

- Firewall

Meeting room Equipment and digital displays

- Standards & Platforms

- Proof of Concept, Trial Units

Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Policy Enforcement

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline

Strong knowledge of IT systems, technologies, networks, workplace environment, and computer hardware/software

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, ideally also speaking German

Ability to prioritize effectively, focus on high-impact tasks, and demonstrate strong time management and attention to detail

Collaborative, responsible, and patient team player, comfortable working in multicultural environments

ITIL knowledge is an advantage
