Automotive After Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

- Define and implement measures to strengthen customer´s relationships in cooperation with dealers and distributors across Europe

- Propose and support business development activities for distributors and dealers

- Evaluate operations at our dealers and submit improvement plans

- Administrate and analyze data from distributors regarding vehicle intake, service and parts profit

- Support the organization and execution of the annual European service conference for distributors

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, especially with departments overseas

Your profile:

- Qualification as a Master Technician or any other equivalent

- Professional knowledge and experience in workshop operations, customer services and aftersales business

- Experience in the commercial vehicle sector and technical knowledge of commercial vehicles

- Knowledge of light- and heavy-duty trucks, initial experience with electric vehicles

- Well-developed negotiation and coordination skills

- An analytical, flexible and proactive team player with strong communication and intercultural skills

- Business fluent German and English skills (C1 level or higher)
