Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Change Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg / Fuhlsbüttel.

Your Responsibilities:

- Identify and manage key stakeholders for the department's projects
- Conduct change impact analysis and develop the case for change as the foundation for change and communication planning
- Design, manage and execute the change and communication plan to support successful adoption and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure clear governance and structure, effective stakeholder and resistance management, strong employee engagement, and sustainable change adoption
- Advise and consult stream leaders, project core team and the Satair leadership team on how to effectively implement the desired change objectives
- Consult on projects outside the project portfolio, focusing on stakeholder- and resistance management, change management structure, engaging communication and change adoption

Your Profile:

- Completed studies in Communication Science, Psychology, Business Administration or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Change Management and Public Relations / Communication Management
- Good knowledge in Lean and Project Management
- Good skills in MS Power Point and Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- German and French language skills would be a plus
- Willingness to travel for business one to eight times per year mainly worldwide
