In close collaboration withcorporate governance owners, we maintain a central repository of globallyharmonized control requirements (the ‘Policy and Control Masterbook’) as wellas our ‘Risk and Internal Control (RIC) Manual’ as the foundation for theinternal control process.As Siemens transformsinto ONE Tech Company, our IC department plays a critical role inensuring robust Internal Controls across the enterprise, especially overFinancial Reporting (ICFR) and Sustainability Reporting (ICSR).

Youwill be a key driver in exploring how GenAI can enhance controleffectiveness, efficiency, and insights.- Shape the Future of Internal Controls Methodology: Be part of the team responsible for theeffective yet efficient design of Siemens' Internal Control methodology, especiallyfor IT controls of systems relevant for financial reporting (e.g.,ITGC/ITAC) and sustainability reporting.- Own and Evolve the IC Framework: Take responsibilityfor the IT Controls part of our Internal Control System (ICS) methodologyand update the RIC Manual to reflect new methodologicaldevelopments, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements.- Enable and Empower the Global IC Community: Coach ICSprofessionals throughout the world on all aspects of the internal controlsystem and become the primary contact for IT Controls methodology andemerging topics like platform- and GenAI-driven controls.- Develop and Deliver Training & Guidance: Create and deliverInternal Control trainings, guidance materials, and presentations tosupport the global rollout of methodologies and tools, fostering a cultureof continuous learning and excellence.- Collaborate with the External Auditor: Align and discussInternal Control topics and methodology with the external auditor toensure compliance and best-practice alignment.- Keep Management informed: Understand globalpatterns regarding IT controls of the Siemens Group and evaluate controldeficiencies, leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights whereapplicable, and be confident to bring relevant topics into management’sview.- Contribute Beyond IC: Engage with thebroader FIN Assurance function and expand your experience throughassignments as a guest auditor, contributing to the 'FIN A innovation process', or supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives.Your Profile for "Making the Future Possible":- Strong Academic Foundation: Degree in businessadministration, information systems, finance, or related studies, ideallya master’s degree.- Proven IC & IT Controls Expertise: Extensive professional experience in Internal Control (including ICFR) witha focus on IT controls.

You understand the role IT systemslike SAP ERP play in an ICFR control landscape and how systems enable ITApplication Controls (ITACs) and are protected by IT General Controls(ITGCs).- Passion for Innovation & GenAI: Strong interest andideally hands-on experience in Generative AI and itsapplication to business processes. You are excited to explore, ideate, andpilot GenAI use cases that drive automation, intelligence, and efficiencyin internal controls and risk management.- Curiosity for other relevant Technologies: Genuine interest intopics like RPA, low-code apps, AI/ML, and their potentialbenefits and challenges in ICFR and ICSR environments.
