Responsibilities Build Our Employer Brand Develop and implement
creative employer branding initiatives across channels such as
LinkedIn, our career website and employer review platforms. Create
compelling content, including copy, campaign concepts and ideas for
visual and video content. Bring employer branding campaigns from the
initial concept through to execution. Ensure our global employer brand
is reflected authentically in our local activities. Shape Internal
Communications Help build and develop our internal communication
channels, including digital platforms and employee newsletters.
Discover and share stories from across the organization that
strengthen our culture and foster engagement. Translate complex topics
into clear, engaging communication for employees. Support internal
events, town halls and culture initiatives that connect our growing
workforce. Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with colleagues
across HR and international stakeholders to ensure consistent and
effective communication. Act as a bridge between global corporate
communication principles and local implementation. Partner with HR and
Talent Acquisition to create a seamless employee and candidate
experience. Profile To be successful in this role, you should bring:
Professional experience in Employer Branding or Internal
Communications. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the
ability to create engaging content for different audiences. Excellent
communication skills in German and English (written and spoken). A
hands-on mindset with the motivation to turn ideas into action and
deliver results. The ability to work effectively with international
stakeholders in a multicultural environment. It would be a plus if you
also have: Experience building internal communication channels (e.g.
intranet, newsletters, employee communication platforms). Experience
with social media, employer branding campaigns or digital content
creation. Experience in a growing, international or greenfield
