Topic This position involves investigating and evaluating emerging trends and technologies in Physical AI, with a focus on the interaction between artificial intelligence, robotics, and other intelligent physical systems. Particular attention will be given to how the interaction and coordination of these systems can enhance and expand production capabilities. Background Physical AI is one of the key technology drivers for the factory of the future, enabling intelligent robots, adaptive machines, and autonomous systems capable of understanding and interacting with their environment. As an OEM, we continuously monitor scientific and industrial developments throughout Europe and beyond to identify promising technologies, establish collaborations, and derive future innovation strategies. Target Systematic investigation, evaluation of relevant trends, technologies, research activities and industrial developments in the field of Artificial Intelligence for Physical and Autonomous Systems Investigation and evaluation of Physical AI applications for production equipment and logistics networks Identification and assessment of leading research institutes, universities, startups, and industrial players Analysis of technological trends, opportunities, and challenges for future intelligent systems Preparation and communication of analyses and recommendations for internal and external stakeholders Support in establishing collaborations with academic and industrial partners You should meet the following requirements Currently enrolled in a studies program (bachelor's or master's) in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Information Technology, or a comparable technical field) Good understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, or related areas Experience with literature research, technology scouting, programming, or data analysis is advantageous Strong interest in technology and innovations Very good English skills, both written and spoken Self-motivated, creative, independent, and proactive team player with an open and communicative personality Are you ready... ... for exciting insights into professional practice amidst innovative technologies and human-centered design?
