Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Chain Support (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder. This position is limited until the end of 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

- Backlog & Operational Relief: Actively support the team in catching up on delayed administrative and coordination tasks related to supplier contracts and service delivery
- Improvement Initiatives & Project Support: Actively contribute to local and transnational business improvement projects as well as assist in the rollout of new supply chain processes, tool updates, and best-practice initiatives
- Supplier Performance & KPI Tracking: Assist in collecting, organizing, and updating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service definitions for FMRE suppliers (e.g., cleaning, catering, maintenance, transport)
- Procurement & CFT Support: Provide administrative and coordination support during Call for Tender (CFT) processes, including organizing technical assessment documentation
- Data Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain and update supply chain tracking tools, dashboards, and shared databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date visibility for the team
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a reliable point of contact for local stakeholders and transnationally to facilitate smooth, daily operational communication

Your Profile:

- Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Work experience in Procurement, Supplier Management and Supply Chain / Logistics
- Knowledge of KVP processes
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience in international/multicultural working environments
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
