Computer Scientist - Lead Talent Management (m/f/d) (Betriebswirt/in (Hochschule) - Personalmanagement)

Strong understanding of Talent Management processes and best practices
Experience with Workday Talent modules
Knowledge of Skills-based HR approaches and frameworks
Ability to translate strategy into scalable system solutions

Bachelor/Master degree in in computer science, information security, or a related field
5+ years of relevant experience in large-scale HCM implementations (e.g., data cleansing, mapping, migration, validation) with a strong focus on data quality and risk mitigation
Strong understanding of Core HR data structures, governance, and lifecycle across countries
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve security challenges
Problem-Solver & Communicator
Fluent English skills
