Customer Order Manager (d/f/m) (Customer-Experience-Manager/in)

For our well-known customer Airbus we are looking for a new team member!

Your Tasks

- Manage Repair, Lease and Exchange orders for Airbus Proprietary Parts
- Act as the key contact for global customers, airlines, MROs, suppliers and repair stations
- Monitor orders, KPIs, delivery times, costs and quality across the end-to-end supply chain
- Coordinate customer issues, complaints and AOG requests with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure proactive customer communication on repair status and alternative solutions
- Support purchasing, sales and material management processes
- Prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement projects
- Coordinate the timely transfer of parts to repair stations

Your Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- Experience in planning/material procurement
- Experience in Customer Service, Supplier Management and Process Improvement
- Project Management experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English
- German, French or Spanish is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation, communication and organizational skills
- High level of ownership, resilience and intercultural awareness
