You will be responsible for leading and supporting our technology adoption initiatives and ensuring smooth communication, training, and change strategies for end-user technologies.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Draft and edit technology communications for end users in clear, professional English and GermanCreate and maintain user guides, FAQs, and quick reference materials for tools such as Microsoft 365Share support Major Incident communications at the global, regional and local levels in the EMEA time zonesDesign and deliver virtual workshops focused on end-user tools (e.g., Office 365 apps.
